For the two prior games at Orlando I have told subscribers that the predicted point differential is 4 to 5 pts. The first game ended regulation at a 4 point differential, and the second game ended regulation within just two baskets of the prediction. Tonight's prediction hasn't changed. With the line set at -3 1/2 the game isn't playable. Many of you will be watching the game tonight, and want to have some action on it... Read more

Almost every year that a horse has wins in the first two legs of the Triple Crown under its belt, and this year for Calvin Borel, a jockey with two Triple Crown wins under his belt, the Belmont Stakes became one Triple Crown race too many. The same was true for us and our Belmont Package. The Belmont Stakes was just one Triple Crown race too many. Although many other racing service and free handicapper with the same selections... BELMONT DAY BETS TO AVOID

06/05/2009 6:55 AM ·

Triple bets are sometimes also called Trifecta bets. The bet requires that you correctly pick the first three finishers in the race in exact order. The track takeout on exotic bets, such as Triples, is huge. Depending on the track, the house cut of the betting pool ranges from 20%-35%. Imagine if your poker game cut each pot by that much. It would change your betting style completely. The track take out is listed in the... Read more

In the first article in this series, we discussed the fact that the standard ways you make judgments about people cannot be used to spot con artists. The good con man is a person that most people trust implicitly, and who can charm the pants off you. Con games don't only exist in the financial industry, or in the sports service industry. Con games are not used only to take your money under false pretenses. You have to... Read more

Do you know how to spot a con man? If you can't, the money he loses may be your own. You cannot tell whether or not someone is a con man by using your great judgment of human nature. If a con man is good, he will have the ability to get most people to like him. The best salesmen sell themselves first, and the best con men will charm you right off your feet. Con men need your trust, and they know that the average person... Read more

A DAY AT THE RACES

05/17/2009 8:12 AM ·

What a day it was! A terrific day! A GIANT day! It was the kind of day most people have never had in their lives in horse racing. It was the kind of day the Wall Street Syndicate has produced for us many times in the past, and hopefully will produce many times again in the future. The first race post time at Pimlico on Preakness Saturday was a ridiculous 10:15 AM Eastern time, and 7:15 AM for those in Las Vegas and west... Read more

Today is the day for the 135th Running of the Kentucky Derby. The Derby is the Super Bowl of horse racing. Everyone from Auntie Lucinda to your Grandmama suddenly dons a big, fancy hat and becomes a racing fan. You can, of course, pick your horse by one of the tried and true methods such as closing your eyes, pointing your finger at the program, and hoping for the best, asking your 3-year old niece which name she likes... When you bet $100 flat on a single game you get back $91. When you bet $100 flat on a 2-team parlay, you get back $260. Do you know which has the higher return on investment (ROI)? The answer is not as easy as it looks. ROI is calculated by dividing your total win by your total amount invested. The total amount invested is another way of saying "the total amount you put at risk." ROI for Straight Bets... Read more

SYNDICATE FAQ's #2

04/20/2009 1:14 PM ·

Since I decided, about three weeks ago, to start releasing Syndicate Selections in my pick packages , I've been getting questions about them. In my first article I answered the question " How often do you release Syndicate selections?" In this article we'll discuss: Ques. 2: Why does the Syndicate bet so late? There's an old Las Vegas saying, "Smart money bets early, smart money bets late. Those in the middle take the... Read more

Last night, the Wall Street Bankers Syndicate had their first big play in baseball. Selections given to monthly and season subscribers at Pregame, and to my Crowne Club members, are rated from 1/2 unit to a very top of 2 Units . The Syndicate play last night was big enough for us to rate it a very top 2 Units. It was an easy 5-1 win with the Dodgers. They came with it at 7:20 PM Eastern. Subscribers and Crowne Club members... Read more
