There are many of people out there that look at trends and utilize them in their daily handicapping, so I thought I would post a few trends in NHL for this year and over the past few months. I have seen multiple post from forum members asking if there is more games that go OVER the total or UNDER the total and questions on whether they should play the home team and favorites. Here are a few teams that I feel are capable of having a good year this year. I will be adding more info to these teams later, but if you have any information or thoughts on these teams please add. The total win information is taken from BetUS. I will be adding a couple more teams before season starts as well.

We had a pretty good day yesterday with the ref report suggestions going 4-2 losing the Cavs Under cause it went to OT, and also losing out on the Lakers side. Today I have 4 games with a side and total suggestion on each with the exception of 1 game. Best of luck if you follow the suggestions or if you just use the info to make your own plays.

Los Angeles @ Minnesota
Most people will look at this game and jump on the Under as both of these teams have stayed under the total more than gone over. Including Staying UNDER in 21 of their past 30 meetings. But I am looking on the other side of the total here. The Kings lately have been seeing the OVER come in but that is not necessarily because they have been scoring, but they havent stopped others from scoring...
