Los Angeles @ Minnesota

Most people will look at this game and jump on the Under as both of these teams have stayed under the total more than gone over. Including Staying UNDER in 21 of their past 30 meetings. But I am looking on the other side of the total here. The Kings lately have been seeing the OVER come in but that is not necessarily because they have been scoring, but they haven?t stopped others from scoring. The Kings have gone 5-5 in last 10 but have seen 6 of the games go over the total, including their last 4 games. The OVER is also 7-2 in the Kings last game as underdog and 6-2 in last 8 as road underdog. Minnesota has not been scoring much on the other hand and they have seen the UNDER in 5 of their past 10 games but tonight I just don?t see them stopping the Kings from getting the scoring as they have scored 8 goals in 2 meetings this year against Minnesota. Both Minnesota goaltenders have played well this year but have struggled lately. They went on a 7-1 stretch with a 2.60 GAA, but Jon Quick is now 1-2-1 in his last 5 starts with a 3.37 GAA, and Erik Ersberg is 0-3-2 in his last 5 appearances with a 3.19 GAA.

Carolina @ Ottawa

Tonight?s match-up between the Hurricanes and Senators actually brings a lot to the table for the Hurricanes. The Hurricanes are currently on the outside of the playoffs looking in. They currently sit in the 9^th position but are only 4 points away from being in 4^th place. Carolina is a team that has been playing good of late and look to continue this tonight on the road against Ottawa. Carolina has won 4 consecutive road games for the first time since a 5 game run back in 2005 when the won their one and only Stanley Cup. The Hurricanes have won 3 straight games while Ottawa has lost their past 3 games. The Senators have won 3 of the last 4 games vs. Carolina in Ottawa winning the last meeting 5-1 on Jan 13^th. The OVER is 7-3 in last 10 games for Carolina and 5-5 in last 10 games for Ottawa. This should be a close game that I see going OVER the total tonight.

Florida @ Boston

This game between the Panthers and Bruins is one that the Bruins need to get back on track. The Bruins after the all-star break started out really good but have since gone a 1-4-2 slide including back to back loses in Florida. They lost 2-0 to the Panthers on Saturday and then last to Tampa Bay 4-3 on Sunday. Tonight begins a 6 game home stretch for the Bruins who have played well as home this season going 21-8-4. The Bruins have been one of the higher scoring teams this year and currently lead the Eastern Confernce with 88 points. But tonight they will have their hands full against the Panthers? Tomas Vokoun who has posted 2 shutouts in his last 3 games. During those 3 games he stopped 115 of 118 shots against him including all 41 Boston shot against him on Saturday. Vokoun is questionable tonight against the Bruins with the Flu but he is still listed as a game time decision. If he is unable to play the Panthers would have Craig Anderson in the net who is 2-2 with a 2.08 GAA in 4 career games against Boston. I look for this game to stay UNDER the total tonight as both teams have played well on the defensive side of the ice this year. The UNDER is 21-9-2 in Florida?s last 32 Tuesday Games and 22-6-1 in Boston?s last 29 Tuesday games. I also look for Boston to get back on track tonight as they look to start their home stretch with a victory. Boston is 30-9 in their last 39 games as a favorite.
