I do not vary on the amounts i bet. Every game is the same
Plays
Philly -8.5
-----Simmons will be out for this game but i don't see it stopping the 76'ers from embarassing an Atlanta team that has had some major stinkers on the road this year including a 22 point loss to Cleveland in their last road game, and including 17 other road games in which they have lost by double digits (if anyone is curious, thats the same amount of wins they have overall on the season.
Miami -7
-----Miami has won all 3 games this year by double digits (24,19,11). Jimmy Butler wont be playing and neither will Herro, they also didnt play in the last game against cleveland and they still won by 19. This is one of the deepest teams and one of the most team oriented teams in which they get everyone involved and they all respond well to the "next man up" concept they seem to have.
Bucks -13.5
-----The only time these teams have played each other so far resulted in a 151 -131 home win for the Bucks. That is my kind of game by the way, and apparently Vegas is expecting another high scoring game having set the total to a ridiculous 243.5(at the time of this writing). The interesting thing about that 151 points by the Bucks is that the Greek Freak didn't even play in that game. it was all Middleton and Bledsoe. You add him in and i think the Bucks get an easy win on the road here. Brook Lopez is out for this game but he didn't really do anything last time and Thomas Bryant is also out for the Wizards so thats a wash for me.
OPINIONS
Nets -3.5
-----Caris Lavert is the difference maker to me. They have played well at home against good competition and Orlando has not been the best road team. I can't make this a play because the Magic play so slow that they could get the Nets out of their game and Vucevic is not fun to cover if you are a conventional big man that likes to stay down low.
Knicks +14
-----From just a first glance you might think that the Rockets should blast the Knicks out of the arena, and i could very well see that happening. But if you look at the Knicks road games, they are usually clawing and fighting......and usually losing but staying close. I also like the fact that the Knicks play decent defense against guard play, granted they might be without 2 of their better guards tonight. Julius Randle is a small ball center and i think we will see a lot fo him playing the 5 and that could be an exploitable spot for the Knicks.
Mavericks -13.5
-----This is simple, the T'wolves played a game last night in which they were leading most of the way in a high scoring battle until Denver took complete control in the fourth quarter. Now they have to go on the road and play a team with a young mvp candidate in Luka. I went against the wolves last night for the exact same amount of points and it bit me on the last play. I don't think it happens here with this tired team.
Suns/Jazz under 224.5
-----The first game had a 96-95 finish and I don't see that being far off the mark with this game here tonight. I think the Jazz are a little mad at how they have played coming out of the all-star break and since they are a team built around defense i think they step up the tenacity here tonight and play their game. Even though the Suns have been prone to giving up points, even if they do give up 110-115 i think they will have trouble reaching a 100.
Grizzlies +10
-----The Grizzlies have played the Clippers well with their only loss by 2 points and their win by 26 on this very same court tonight. The Clippers have been having trouble with either their identity or the fact that they have a different starting lineup every other night it seems with all the rest and all the injuries. They also have trouble with good big guys and i would put Valanciunas in that category along with Dieng who will see some time tonight with the injury of Jaren Jackson.
