Here is what I am certain of:
1) Posters who follow the rules have a right to post.
2) Anyone who needs to agree with (or find value in) every post from every poster will never be happy in any community.
Doing this for as long as I have, I recall no less than a half-dozen groups of posters who thought they were the key contributors, who tried to bully those they didn't like. They all got ran off, but I didn't accept bullying then, and I won't accept that now. BTW, most of those groups tried to start their own site. You likely have not heard of those sites - either they shutdown, or they have 7 people talking to each other. While Pregame.com is bigger than ever.
The reason is simple . . . we embrace BOTH respect AND disagreement.
Any poster, no matter how important he thinks he is, is insignificant compared to that concept. That belief has stood the test of time.
If a good contributor believes in that concept, I will support him with all my energy and power. A good contributor who doesn't believe in that concept will not last.
