Colgate, I don't ever upload a pick into a package 10 minutes before gametime. The only plays that I pass along which may not be 30min or more before game starts is those rare instances when I receive a "late steam" play that I believe will benefit my subscribers. For those plays, as I've explained on numerous Morning Moves Newsletters for All-Access Long Term Subscribers, I only make them available to them.
The goal is to never inconvenience my clients but at the same time, I try to provide as much value as possible and that means there will be times when some of the strongest info available comes late. Rather than sit on it and use it only for myself, I instead try to get it to those guys who have invested in me because I feel I owe them that much. And in majority of cases, those "late steam" plays are on games that go off after the 7pm est ones.
As far as the "daily package" goes, I try to provide as much as possible with the understanding that there are some limitations, with one of them being that the card goes final at 6:30pm est. Obviously my Best Bets and Premiums are confirmed before that time, but again, there are a lot of wiseguys, betting syndicates, bookmakers, etc that I am privilaged to have access to that share valuable info with me after that time. And when they do, I try my best to make that info available to my Long-Term Subscribers by way of Morning Moves.
And a lot of the time, I will even pass those plays along for FREE via my twitter feed because at the end of the day, my obligation is to try and provide as much as I possibly can, even if at times it takes a lot more work from me than needed. But I'm willing to put that extra time in because it's proven to be well worth the trouble, and for the most part my guys seem to truly appreciate it.
Finally, I really want to thank you for taking the time to share your opinion and comments because that's the only way that I can improve the service I provide moving forward. My goal is alway to provide as much as possible, and to also make it enjoyable and convenient because it does me no good if my clients have any problems or stress when they choose to use me as a source of info. So I'm always trying to do what I can to improve the experience my clients have, while also making sure the value offered doesn't suffer. With that said, I know that NOT everyone will always be happy and I try to strive towards finding a happy medium where the least amount of inconvenience is experienced by my supporters. I'm sure there are many improvements I can make and I can promise you that they are my priority and always on my mind. So thanks again for giving me some sound advice and sharing your views on how I can make my service better.
