IMHO ...
First, you need to scale back upon the degree to which you interrupt/talk-over your guests, particularly Fezzik. I understand that you often have some insightful corrections to make to their points, but let them finish their sentence. It comes off as annoyingly rude when you do otherwise and, even though you often know what they're going to say before they finish their point, often your audience does not. As such, even if you are fleshing out their point and/or correcting it ... it can be lost on your audience and the rudeness can be annoying.
Second, Comedy is not the strength of your program and is not why people take the trouble to listen. It's one thing for you to interrupt your guests in an effort to improve upon/correct the point being made ... it's another thing when you interrupt their analysis to do a comedy bit that you've done a hundred times before, where you are a one-man laugh track for your own jokes, which are getting quite old and stale. I understand that you perceive that you're gaining new audience, who might be hearing the Elmer Fudd track for the first time, but you need to compare its value to a first-time listener to 90+% of your audience who are not new, and have to suffer through it every week.
Third - do you realize that you'll cut off a Fezzik anecdote in mid-sentence, which are often interesting, with a comment like "nobody cares about your ..." and yet then do the same thing yourself? This is one I am not sure others notice as much, but I cannot help be struck by the double standard, especially when you add to it your embarrassing questioning of Brad about his love life.
Just compare the respectful, less flippant way you interact with non-Pregame people, such as Colin Cowherd and other sports personalities or the former Vegas Mayor. You come across much better and more professional on those occasions.
To end on a positive note ... you have every reason to be proud of your achievements in growing Pregame's mainstream reach and audience. And as a consumer of that product ... I just wanted to give you some feedback and suggestion for improving the product.
I wish for you continued good luck and fortune.
