In this particular case the number moved 3-4 points more, so the bookies agreed and in this case it's not an automatic fading the public going Under .
If the public slammer the Over and the number stay the same or moves couple of points down, that it's a situation when you can slammer the UNDER because we can say bookies are on your side. Of course it's not an automatic UNDER but your chances are bigger
