It's no secret around here that my very best sport is College Basketball and specifically CBB Totals. There are a lot of tools that I use to help me beat this sport each year including a LARGE Database that tells me a lot about how teams play at Home/Away, how they react in certain situations, how they match-up with teams much like or totally different than themselves, and other factors that determine how a game will/might play out. That is something that I will NEVER share with the General Public as that gives me large edge over the books. But there are plenty of things I can share and I hope to do that in about 6 or 7 segments here in this thread..
------------------------------------------------
We are going to talk about Possessions, what they mean, how important they are.
We are going to talk about Similar-Varied Styles of play between teams, what they mean, how to manipulate that to our gain.
We are going to talk about Player Match-ups, how they can affect Possessions/Pace and therefore scoring.
We are going to talk about Ranking CBB Teams as Fast, Medium, Slow, Play-Along, each at home, away, and neutral.
We are going to talk about Offensive and Defensive Efficiency which also determines scoring/pace.
We are going to talk about other intangibles, the "True Opening Line," who controls pace, buying low, selling high.
We are going to talk about Books to Use, how many, why, and how numbers are skewed at each or all.

The First Segment will come later this afternoon at the earliest or in the morning at the latest as I will be juggling this with other duties of handicapping the NBA and Football for this week. Please ask questions if you have any during or after this exercise. Also any input is welcome as well..
