You will be amazed at how fast the pounds shed off and your blood pressure readings go to normal. As I do my walks I chant to myself -"I'm doing it for my heart, I'm doing it for my blood pressure, I'm doing it for my BPM, I'm doing it for my weight, I'm doing it for my looks." Get in a Fitbit group and add to the chant the challenge of trying to beat the number of steps - get your family and friends involved - they will be more than thrilled to see you out piling up those steps each day ! It is FUN to go shopping and have those slacks fit ! C'mon, guys, you can do it ! (217 to 153 pounds...)
