Johnny...This is a two part answer for me...YES AND Partly NO,
The Yes is because ofcourse where this nation was founded on etc. We all get that,
But I am sure you have been to south Texas, Mainly below Dallas and down to Brownsville...Now days it is a MUST you are practically bilingual in Spanish. It is not uncommon to be in a southern texas town, that only speaks Spanish.
Regardless of everyones opinions, I believe anyone with children in this day in age should be taught a dual language, based on the direction this country is going. I have a 6,3 year old who are in school that has a dual language program. Spanish half day, English half day. This is based on the perception of where this country is heading.
