Pro Football Betting Odds Cleveland Browns vs Buffalo Bills Free Pick

NFL Week 13 and the Cleveland Browns will travel to Ralph Wilson Stadium to take on the Buffalo Bills. The game has a start time of 1:00 pm (Eastern) and will be televised on CBS. Current Vegas odds have Buffalo listed as 3 point favorites, while the total is set at 42.

Analysis:  The Cleveland Browns have exceeded the expectations of many as they come in with a 7-4 mark and are firmly entrenched in the AFC playoff race. The Browns have won 4 of their last 5 games and are 3-2 on the road for the year. Cleveland is 5-1 ATS in the 2nd of BB road games, but just 4-10-1 ATS in their last 15 games in Week 13 and 3-7 ATS in their last 10 road games vs. a team with a winning home record. The Browns have been an average offensive team, ranking 10th in total yards, 11th in passing, 13th in rushing and 16th in scoring (22.0 ppg). The defense has been solid for this team, as they come in ranked 21st in yards allowed, 9th vs the pass, 29th vs the run and 8th in points allowed (19.9 ppg).

The Buffalo Bills are off a 38-3 pasting of the New York Jets in a game that was played on Monday and in Detroit due to the snowstorm that hit Buffalo. The Win now has the Bills at 6-5 on the year and in a tie for second place in the AFC East. The Bills are 10-24-2 ATS in their last 36 home games vs. a team with a winning road record, 9-25-1 ATS in their last 35 games following a S.U. win and 5-16 ATS in their last 21 games following a SU win of more than 14 points.  Buffalo has been a below average offensive team this year, ranking 24th in yards allowed, 20th in passing, 22nd in rushing and 19th in scoring (21.6 ppg). The defense for the Bills has been solid, ranking 4th in yards allowed, 5th vs the pass, 8th vs the run and 5th in points allowed (18.8 ppg)

Pick: Let’s take a shot at the over in this one. The Browns defense has been decent this year, but they have allowed 47 points in their last 2 games and 21.8 ppg on the road, while Buffalo’s offense comes in hot after putting up 38 points on the Jets. The Browns come in averaging 22.4 ppg on the road and have scored 22 or more points in 6 of their last 8 games, while Buffalo has allowed 20.4 ppg at home and 21.6 ppg overall. I can see both teams getting at least 21 each in this one.
