NFL Week 6 and we will see the San Diego Chargers take on the Oakland Raiders at O.Co Coliseum in Oakland. The game has a start time of 4:05 pm (Eastern) and will be televised on CBS. Current Vegas odds have the Chargers listed as 7 point favorites, while the total is set at 44.  

Analysis: The San Diego Chargers lost their first game of the year by 1 point at Arizona, but have since reeled off 4 in a row, including last week's impressive 31-0 win over the Jets. The Chargers are 2-11 ATS in their 3rd road game of the year if they have a winning record, but they are also 8-3 ATS in their last 11 trips to Oakland. The Chargers are once again a solid offensive team as they come in ranked 11th overall, 7th in passing, 27th in rushing and 9th in scoring, putting up 26.6 ppg. The defense has been one of the best in the league so far as they come in ranked 3rd in total yards allowed, 2nd vs the pass, 9th vs the run and 1st in points allowed (12.6 ppg).

The Oakland Raiders are off to another dismal start as they come in at 0-4 on the year, losing both games at home and both on the road. The Raiders are 6-1 ATS their last 7 games before playing Arizona, but they are also 1-6-1 ATS in their last 8 games vs winning teams. The Raiders have the worst offense in the league as they rank 32nd in total yards, 25th in passing, 32nd in rushing and 32nd in points scored, putting up just 12.8 ppg. Their defense has been halfway decent, ranking 19th in yards allowed, 5th vs the pass, 31st vs the run and 22 in points allowed, giving up 25.8 ppg.   

Pick: Going to look to the Under here. This Chargers defense is very tough and will be facing a Raiders offense that has been pathetic this year and has a gimpy QB to boot as well. The Chargers on offense have been very efficient this year, but this is a poor Raiders team and I expect them to just do enough to win the game. They may get out to a big lead, but then will call the dogs off. Bottom line here is that I just don't see the Raiders putting up enough points to put this game over the total.
