Lamar Jackson is going to win the Heisman Trophy based on stats alone. He’s got all kinds of crazy video game numbers on the season with 45 touchdowns to date and almost 4,000 yards of total offense. Nobody is coming close to that and he’s on a Top 10 team leading them to a potential ACC title, might as well give the trophy to Jackson now.
Wake Forest has actually had a decent season, they’re 6-3 despite having just five TD passes and eight interceptions from its quarterbacks this season. They don’t really do anything exceptionally well, but they have taken advantage of a weaker schedule. Both this week against Louisville and next against Clemson are losses, but the Demon?Deacons are going to finish no worse than .500 on the season. They just don’t have a chance here.
