Pac-12 College Basketball Odds Washington Huskies vs Oregon Ducks Free Pick

Wednesday night college basketball and we will see the Washington Huskies travel to the Matthew Knight Arena to take on the Oregon Ducks. The game has a start time of 9:00 pm (Eastern) and will be televised on ESPN 2. Current Vegas betting odds have Oregon listed as 5.5 point favorites, while the total is set at 150.5.

Analysis:  The Washington Huskies have lost 3 games in a row, including a wild 90-88 home loss to California on Sunday. The Huskies are now 14-7 on the year overall, including 3-6 in the Pac-12 and 2-3 in true road games. Washington has gone 3-7 ATS in their last 10 games vs. a team with a winning S.U. record and 1-6 ATS in their last 7 games following a S.U. loss. The Huskies have been a decent offensive squad this year, ranking 109th in scoring (70.1 ppg), 101st in shooting (44.9%), 255th in 3 point shooting (32.1%) and 284th in FT shooting (65.9%). The defense for this team has been decent, ranking 135th in points allowed (64.5 ppg), 24th in defensive FG% (38.3%) and 179th in 3 point defense (33.6%).

The Oregon Ducks have won 3 of their last 4 games, including a 68-67 OT win over Arizona State on Friday night. Oregon is now 15-7 on the year, including 5-4 in the Pac-12 and 13-2 at home. The Ducks have gone 3-9 ATS in their last 12 games overall and 2-6 ATS in their last 8 games vs. a team with a winning S.U. record. The Ducks have been a very good offensive squad this year, ranking 24th in scoring (76.4 ppg), 82nd in shooting (45.5%), 125th in 3 point shooting (35.5%) and 16th in FT shooting (74.7%). The defense for this team has been very poor, ranking 296th in points allowed (71.1 ppg), 101st in defensive FG% (40.9%) and 247th in 3 point defense (35.3%).

Pick: Going with the Ducks in this one. The Washington offense has really struggled on the road this year, averaging just over 61 ppg away from home and that will not get it done here vs an Oregon squad that averages 77 ppg on their home floor, while the allow just 64.8 ppg on their home floor. I just can't see Washington coming up with enough offense to stay within this number. Ducks by 10+ here.
