NFL Preseason Football Tennessee Titans at Atlanta Falcons Start Time, Odds, Free Pick

The Tennessee Titans and Atlanta Falcons meet up tonight in NFL Preseason football action. The game is scheduled for a 7:00 p.m. start time and it will be televised nationally on the NFL Network. Currently the odds for the game have the Falcons favored by about a field goal to pick up the win.

Tennessee and NFL fans will get their first look at Marcus Mariota in live game action tonight. Mariota, the second overall pick in last year's NFL Draft, is clearly the best option the Titans have at that position and he should get some solid snaps tonight.

Dan Quinn begins his start as the coach for the Atlanta Falcons, coming over from Seattle. He was the defensive coordinator for the Seahawks and the Falcon faithful are hoping he can build the same type of intensity as his teams in the northwest side of the country.

As we've seen in previous preseason games this season, starters and big names players aren't going to get much time. That's typical with the early part of the preseason, but fans are still paying attention as football comes out of hibernation.

The best thing that can happen during these early games are teams being able to build up depth. Both of these teams will be looking to get outside of the Top 10 draft slots and building upon a solid first preseason game can only help.

Vegas betting expert Steve Fezzik doesn’t expect the bad situation in Oakland to get much better this season. This AFC West team may have some improvements in terms of personnel, but Jack Del Rio is the latest in a carousel of ever-changing mediocre coaches, and Fezzik doesn’t expect he is the guy to turn this team around. He also thinks people are overstating Derek Carr’s abilities at quarterback, as he may do well in the fourth quarter, but his numbers are padded with garbage time performance.
