The NCAA Women's Tournament has reached the final game in the National Championship. The game features the top-seeded South Carolina Gamecocks taking on the top-seeded Iowa Hawkeyes. The game is scheduled for a 3:00 p.m. start time and it will be televised live on ABC and ESPN. Currently the college basketball odds for the game have the Gamecocks listed as the favorite to win a second straight title.
