The NCAA Tournament Final Four Odds have been released and the Arizona Wildcats are favored in the West Region to reach Dallas. After the opening weekend of the NCAA Tournament has completed, odds are set for each of the Sweet 16 teams to win their respective regions. The Wildcats are overwhelming favorites to win the West Region and reach the Final Four.

Arizona is the only team left in the West Region that is listed at less than even odds to reach the Final Four. The oddsmakers believe they are the team to represent the West Region in the Final Four, but notice that each of the other three schools have decent odds and there is no real longshot to reach the Final Four.
Wisconsin is listed at 2.5-to-1 odds, Baylor is listed at 4.75-to-1 odds and San Diego State is drawing 5-to-1 odds to reach the Final Four. Arizona will take on San Diego State in the Sweet 16 on Thursday evening while Wisconsin will take on Baylor in the other contest.
Each of the four teams left in the West Region are talented groups and any of them reaching the Final Four would not be a shock. Outside of reaching the Final Four, the odds for all four teams to cut down the nets and win the national championship are listed here. Arizona is the only one of these four schools that have less than 10-to-1 odds to win the national championship.
