The Major League Baseball season continues this evening with a matchup in the American League. The game features the New York Yankees playing on the road at the Toronto Blue Jays. The game is scheduled for a 7:07 p.m. start time and it will be televised live on MLB.tv. Currently the MLB odds for the game have the Blue Jays listed as the favorites to win at home.

Thoughts: I'm taking the Yankees tonight.
Not the best result for them yesterday, but they are still the best team in the league by record.
I've been impressed with their ability to win games on the road, notching eight victories in 10 games.
I like the youngster Luis Gil tonight, too.
He's fanned 14 batters in nine innings of work so far this season and yielded just three earned runs in that time as well.
Probably too many walks to this point in the year as well (seven), so he is going to have to be able to navigate the Jays lineup tonight. I like Chris Bassitt for Toronto, but not tonight.
Current Yankees don't have the best numbers against him, but I like their ability even on the road tonight.
For what it's worth, I think this Yankee lineup will be the best Bassitt has seen to this point in the year.
Houston could end up being really strong as well, and they have several more hits as a team.
But for tonight, I like the Yankees north of the border, especially at a favorable price.
