The Indiana Pacers and Miami Heat clash again this evening as the Eastern Conference Finals reaches a pivotal Game 4. Tonight’s showdown between the Heat and Pacers is scheduled to get underway at 8:30pm ET at the Bankers Life Fieldhouse in Indianapolis; the game can be seen live on TNT. The latest NBA Odds from offshore bookmaker 5Dimes have the defending champs listed as a -2.5 against the spread road favorite and the Over/Under set at 184.5 points. The Pacers are drawing a +125 money line ($100 wins $125) to even the best of seven series at two games apiece.

Miami looked as though it had a few chinks in its formidable armor following its Game 2 meeting with Indiana. The Heat took one on the chin at home, suffering a 97-93 series tying loss despite the best efforts of the league’s best player, LeBron James.

Miami displayed championship form on Sunday night, though, bouncing back with a decisive 114-96 victory on the Pacers home court. The game, which marked Indiana’s first home loss of the playoffs, saw the Heat shoot 54.5 percent from the field and 85.7 percent from the free throw line.

James, who led Miami with 22 points, did not have to carry the load himself as the other four Heat starters all scored in double figures.

Miami stepped things up on defense as well, limiting the Pacers, who got double-doubles from David West and Roy Hibbert, to 39.7 percent field goal shooting.

With the series returning to Miami on Thursday, the Pacers can ill afford another letdown performance on their home court. The line would indicate Indiana makes things a little more interesting tonight; however, it is expected to head south in a 1-3 hole.

Notable Trends: The Heat are 0-4 both straight up and against the spread this season playing as a PICK to -3 road favorite and coming off a win (Over was 3-1 in those four games). Two of those four losses were to the Pacers.
