The Oregon Ducks are hosting the Washington Huskies in Pac 12 College Football tonight. The game is scheduled for a 7:30 p.m. start time and it will be televised nationally on FOX. The college football odds for the game have the Huskies favored by nearly double digits to pick up the win on the road.

Washington has sky-rocketed up the rankings, now sitting at No. 5 in the Associated Press poll. The Huskies have to quickly move past the fact they’ve dropped 12 straight games to Oregon, the longest losing streak against any opponent since joining the Pac 12 back in 1916.
Washington is coming off a big win over Stanford last week and they are now the only team in the Top 15 nationally in offensive, defensive and special teams efficiency. In other words, they don’t beat themselves and simply are a balanced football team that is good enough to beat people each week.
Oregon’s defense has been a problem, ranking 91st overall in efficiency rankings. The Ducks have dropped three straight games overall to Nebraska, Colorado and Washington State. Oregon’s defense also gave up 28 points to UC Davis and 26 to Virginia, not exactly quality teams. The Ducks are surrendering more than 36 points per game on average, which is not good as the Huskies are piling up more than 45 points per game.
This game has to be circled for Oregon. The Ducks need a win in the worst way and it’s not going to be easy against a balanced team, but Oregon is going to hang around in this one.
