Friday College Football Betting Odds Washington Huskies at Boise State Broncos Start Time, Free Pick

The marquee college football game on Friday night features the Washington Huskies and the Boise State Broncos. The game is scheduled for a 10:15 p.m. start time and it will be televised nationally on ESPN. Currently the odds for the game have Broncos favored by double digits to pick up the victory.

Former Boise State coach Chris Petersen brings his Washington Huskies to Idaho tonight in the best matchup of the evening. Boise State comes in ranked 23rd nationally and they should be the best overall team in the Mountain West again this season. Washington isn't ranked, but they should be improved in the Pac 12 this season. The Huskies are looking to play spoilers in this one tonight, they're catching almost two touchdowns on the road in this one.

Boise State brings back nine starters on offense and eight more on defense. Their experience from a team that won 20 games the past two years combined should pay dividends in this game tonight as well as throughout the season. The one spot Boise needs some time to grow up is at quarterback, where they'e going to start sophomore Ryan Finley. He'll have weapons at receiver and tight end this year, is Finley can play well the Broncos are going to be tough.

Washington returns just nine combined starters, five of which are on the offense. Jaydon Mickens is the best of the returners, he's a wide receiver that caught 60 passes last year and should be the main target again this year. The Huskies will be giving the quarterback duties to Jeff Lindquist, a junior that offers them a running option at times. His dual-threat option should give Washington a nice shot at moving the football tonight. Reports are he could be pushed by freshman Jake Browning as well.

The Huskies are undergoing a big overall with so little starters returning, if they can get some nice play at the quarterback spot it should alleviate things. Whether they go with Lindquist or the youngster Browning, Washington will need key plays from that position tonight.

Boise State is great at home, that blue turf can certainly be intimidating. Both teams are breaking in new quarterbacks, so why is Boise that big of a favorite here? Washington isn't going to be that bad, this should be a closer game.

Movie Oakland Raiders: 2015 NFL Free Picks & Betting Odds

Vegas betting expert Steve Fezzik doesn’t expect the bad situation in Oakland to get much better this season. This AFC West team may have some improvements in terms of personnel, but Jack Del Rio is the latest in a carousel of ever-changing mediocre coaches, and Fezzik doesn’t expect he is the guy to turn this team around. He also thinks people are overstating Derek Carr’s abilities at quarterback, as he may do well in the fourth quarter, but his numbers are padded with garbage time performance.
