Michigan is a team who is Locked, Loaded.and ready to fire! The premise is that if you have back your head coach, both coordinators, your QB, and at least 6 RS on each side of the ball, that you have a solid nucleus for an improved season. Such is the case with Michigan, who under the tutelage of respected HC Hoke, have a good chance to return to the 11 win mark of 2011, after dipping to 8-5 SU in 2012. But a closer inspection of their results saw that 4 of those defeats were at the hands of top 10 teams Alabama, Ohio St, Notre Dame, and South Carolina, the latter of those being a 33-28 loss to the Game Cocks in their Bowl game, which will have these Wolves voracious this season. Of course, the prime object of their motivation will be that revenge meeting against Notre Dame on this very field next week. It is by far their highest profile game in the first 2 months of the season.

One could clearly forgive them for looking past Little Brother. Not that I am particularly enamored with the Chips' 4 year HC Enos, who enters with a log of 13-24 SU, 12-22 ATS, including just 3-13 ATS as Underdog L2Y. He did, however, author a season-ending 4-0 SU ATS run including 24-21 Bowl victory against Western Kentucky, to not only save his job for this year, but give 15 returning starters the opportunity to do so again in 2013.
