Defensively the Utes have been very good as they come in ranked 11th in points allowed (57.0 ppg), 14th in defensive FG% (37.7%) and 181st in 3 point defense (33.7%).
Pick: Going with the Under in this one. The line is going up and I feel that is an overreaction to the many high scoring Pac-12 games. These two teams haven't played many this year and that is because both have played very god defense so far. The Utes have been one of the better defensive teams in the Pac 12 this year, allowing just 57 ppg overall and 56.2 ppg at home. Washington has been no slouch at the defensive end of the floor, where they have allowed just 61.3 ppg overall, including just 61.8 ppg on the road. We also note that the Huskies are 5th in the nation in Defensive FG%, while the Utes are 14th. This should not be ab uptempo game, which will also help keep scoring down. I look for this one to be played at 120 or lower.
