Sunday college Basketball and we will see the Utah Utes travel to Matthew Knight Arena to take on the Oregon Ducks. The game has a start time of 3:00 pm (Eastern) and will be televised on Fox Sports 1. Current Vegas betting odds have Utah listed as 6.5 point favorites, while the total is set at 133.5.  

Analysis: The Utah Utes come in having won 5 in row, which includes 47-37 win at Oregon State on Thursday night. The Utes are now 21-4 on the year and currently a half game behind Arizona in the Pac-12. Utah has gone 10-1 ATS in their last 11 games after allowing less than 50 points in their previous game and 36-12-3 ATS in their last 51 games vs. a team with a winning % above .600. The Utes have been a very good offensive team this year, ranking 50th in scoring (73.2 ppg), 6th in shooting (49.5%), 11th in 3 point shooting (40.6%) and 165th in FT shooting (69.4%). The defense for this team has been excellent as they come in ranked 9th in points allowed (55.6 ppg), 8th in defensive FG% (37.7%) and 55th in 3 point defense (31.4%).

The Oregon Ducks have been hot of late as they have won 5 of their last 6 games including a nice 73-60 home win over Colorado on Thursday night. Oregon is now 19-8 on the year, which includes a 9-5 mark in the Pac-12. That has them at third in the conference. Oregon has gone  5-1 ATS in their last 6 home games vs. a team with a winning road record, but 2-8 ATS in their last 10 games vs. a team with a winning S.U. record. The Ducks have been a very good offensive team this year, ranking 22nd in scoring (76.7 ppg), 63rd in shooting (46.2%), 101st in 3 point shooting (36.1%) and 22nd in FT shooting (74.7%). Defensively the Ducks have been poor this year, ranking 289th in points allowed (71.0 ppg), 119th in defensive FG% (41.6%) and 125th in 3 point defense (33.0%). 

Pick: Going with the Over here. The Utes are a great defensive team, but slowing down Oregon on their home floor will not be easy, while the Utes should have a good scoring game vs a Ducks defense that is one of the worst in the Pac-12. Utah can play the uptempo game from time to time and I feel they will have to in this one. I look for nearly 140 points here.
