Analysis:  The Arizona Wildcats come in having won 5 in a row, including a a very easy 82-54 win over Colorado on the road Thursday night. The Wildcats are now 25-3 overall, while holding a 1 game lead over Utah in the race for the top spot in the Pac-12. The Cats have gone 9-2 ATS in their last 11 vs. the Pac-12 and 8-2 ATS in their last 10 games following a S.U. win. The Wildcats have been a very good offensive team this year, ranking 25th in scoring (75.8 ppg), 8th in shooting (49.1%), 114th in 3 point shooting (35.7%) and 157th in FT shooting (69.5%). Defensively the Wildcats have been very good this year, ranking 17th in points allowed (58.6 ppg), 46th in defensive FG% (39.6%) and 89th in 3 point defense (32.4%).

The Utah Utes also had an easy win on Thursday night as the beat Arizona State 83-41, in a game they led 41-9 at the half. The win now has the Utes at 22-5 overall for the year, including 16-0 at home and 12-3 in the Pac-12. The Utes have been a good offensive team this year, ranking 55th in scoring (73.0 ppg), 6th in shooting (49.5%), 11th in 3 point shooting (40.4%) and 169th in FT shooting (69.2%). The defense for this team has been excellent as they come in ranked 8th in points allowed (55.6 ppg), 6th in defensive FG% (37.6%) and 46th in 3 point defense (31.1%).

Pick: Going with the Under in this one. This should be a tight ball game throughout vs two teams that don't really push tempo but do play excellent defense. The Utes have been amazing on defense of late as they have allowed just 51 ppg in their last 7 games and they have allowed just 55.7 ppg at home. Arizona has allowed 63.4 ppg on the road, but just 58.3 ppg in their last 3 on the road and just 55.8 ppg in their last 5 games overall. This game will just feature too much defense for it to go over the total.
