2014 Super Bowl Odds — Cincinnati Bengals

The AFC North certainly won't be easy this season. The Cincinnati Bengals know that first hand but this year are looking to take the next step. The 2014 Super Bowl Odds for the Bengals are a bit long, but that does not mean they are impossible. With a solid offense returning and key players on defense, the Bengals could be the surprise team that takes a major step this season.

The Las Vegas Hotel (formerly the Hilton) has released the NFL regular season win totals for each of the teams in the league. They've also posted up the 2014 Super Bowl Odds and the Cincinnati Bengals are listed as 35/1 odds to win this year's big game.

The Bengals open the season with three tough games against Chicago, Pittsburgh and Green Bay. They'll also take on the New England Patriots and Baltimore Ravens on the road. Their bye week doesn't roll around until Thanksgiving, which can put them in a tough spot. They'll play their first 11 games without a week off so battling injuries could prove to be an important role to this year's team. They close the season with two of three home games against tough squads as well.

Week 1: Cincinnati Bengals at Chicago Bears (-3, -115), Week 2: Pittsburgh Steelers at Cincinnati Bengals (-1), Week 3: Green Bay Packers at Cincinnati Bengals (PK), Week 4: Cincinnati Bengals (-3) at Cleveland Browns, Week 5: New England Patriots (-1.5) at Cincinnati Bengals, Week 6: Cincinnati Bengals (-2.5) at Buffalo Bills, Week 7: Cincinnati Bengals at Detroit Lions (-1.5), Week 8: New York Jets at Cincinnati Bengals (-4.5), Week 9: Cincinnati Bengals at Miami Dolphins (-1), Week 10: Cincinnati Bengals at Baltimore Ravens (-3), Week 11: Cleveland Browns at Cincinnati Bengals (-6), Week 12: Bye, Week 13: Cincinnati Bengals at San Diego Chargers (PK), Week 14: Indianapolis Colts at Cincinnati Bengals (-4.5), Week 15: Cincinnati Bengals at Pittsburgh Steelers (-2.5), Week 16: Minnesota Vikings at Cincinnati Bengals (-2.5).

The Bengals defense wasn't bad last year and helped them get to the post season. Andy Dalton has the tools to lead them deeper into the playoffs and getting an established running game going with BenJarvus Green-Ellis can only help the squad. He doesn't get a lot of catches out of the backfield. Dalton loves to throw the ball down the field to A.J. Green and Jermaine Gresham. The Bengals also went out and used their first round draft pick on Tyler Eifert, the top tight end in the draft.
