Now that the NFL Playoffs have been set, the Super Bowl XLVII Odds have been released by the Las Vegas Hotel, home of the SuperBook. The 2014 Denver Broncos Super Bowl XLVII Odds have been set at 5-2, making them the favorites in the AFC to reach the biggest game in professional sports.
It's no surprise that the Broncos have been listed as one of the favorites to win the Super Bowl this year. Peyton Manning set all kinds of records this year and lead the Broncos to the top spot in the AFC with 13 victories.
Denver obviously throws the football well, with Manning averaging more than 340 yards per game this season. With his group of wideouts and tight ends being probably the best overall unit in football, the Broncos will continue to throw it in the post season.
But their running game is pretty solid as well. They didn't rack up a whole bunch of yards on the ground this year because of how much they throw it, but the offensive line is very good and the running backs, led by Knowshon Moreno, is going to be one of the reasons this team probably will be playing in the Super Bowl.
The Denver defense will also be a major contributing factor as well. They have pretty solid special teams in Denver also. Matt Prater could be called upon to win a game for the Broncos in the post season and Broncos fans should feel comfortable with him.
