Tonight the 2013 BCS Title game will take place and I thought it was a good time to look at the 2014 BCS Title Odds. The Greek sportsbook came out with 2014 BCS Title Odds on Wednesday, setting Alabama (+500) as the favorite, as expected. The Tide will once again field a fierce defense, while their offense may be a bit better than this years.
Right behind the Crimson Tide is Oregon (+800). The Ducks made the headlines on Sunday as Chip Kelly announced that he will be staying put at Oregon.
Following Oregon is the LSU Tigers (+1000) and the Ohio State Buckeyes (+1000). LSU Had another impressive year this year and will be even stronger next year, now that Mettenberger has a year under his belt. The Buckeyes will be off probation next year and with Urban Meyer at the helm you can bet they will be in the thick of the race all year long.
Rounding out the Top 5 is the Texas A&M Aggies (+1400). Johnny Manziel was awesome this year and he was just a freshman. Just wait and see what he does with a year under his belt and with a defense that may be a bit stronger than last year.
