With just eight teams remaining in the NBA Playoffs, not much has changed in the way of NBA Finals favorites, at least not at the top of the odds leaderboard anyway. Despite a game one loss to the Bulls in their second round series with Chicago, the defending champion Miami Heat are a -300 moneyline favorite ($300 wins $100) to win the championship in the latest 2013 NBA Finals Odds release. Oklahoma City, a consistent second NBA Finals pick to the Heat almost all season, has dropped off significantly, though. The loss of Russell Westbrook has the Thunder sitting at +2000 odds, which has them sitting below the Grizzlies, Spurs (+1000), and Knicks (+1500). Memphis, which is tied 1-1 with OKC in their best of seven series, is the current second choice to win it all at +800 odds ($100 wins $800). The aforementioned Bulls are a last pick at +7000 moneyline odds.
