Tonight’s West starters are Paul, Bryant, Durant, Griffin, and Howard.
The favorite to win MVP honors in this evening’s game is LeBron James at +260 odds ($100 wins $260). The Thunder’s Kevin Durant is a second pick at +350 odd while Kobe Bryant and Carmelo Anthony are third choices at +1000 odds.
