Stan notes this total opened at 190 at the Greek and 191 at Cris. Here in Vegas and offshore this game has been bet down to 188.5 as the sharp Wise Guy action has come in hard on the Under.  This is the lowest total that has been posted on a New Orleans game in the last 6 and New Orleans has gone Over 4 of those 6 so with this kind of move to the Under this early in the day the Wise Guys really like this total.
