Hello SNAKESDOYLE,
This goes to everybody else as well. First SNAKESDOYLE, I just want to see that I am sorry for your troubles. The money you made a deposit with BetDSI I am hoping that you are able to withdraw. If not, then I hope you are able to swing the loss. However, it is not just about losing that deposit. Like everybody else here, you were looking to make a profit and have fun doing it. With you not being able to wager and withdraw your money, it is your plans that were ruined, which to me is 100 times worse than losing a deposit.
I am thinking that we will all have to wait until the last date of June 25 for the Supreme Court to repeal PASPA. I would very much like it to be sooner, but it is what it is. When the Supreme Court lifts the federal ban on single-game sports wagering, and we see dozens of states like Michigan, New York, Pennsylvania, New Jersey, West Virginia, etc. all open up sports books, I feel that people will be dealing less with online sports books IF THEY DO NOT GET THEIR ACT TOGETHER. If I am winning with your book and making a substantial profit, go ahead and limit my action or even ban me from making wagers. That I am absolutely fine with. Do not, freeze my account or put up barriers for me to get my funds, that is just atrocious. If the online books revamp their ways, make their rules and restrictions clear and concise, and don't change on a dime and refuse/make it harder for you to withdraw your funds, then I think they will still be in business. If not, the repeal of PASPA will crowd them out of the marketplace, and everybody will move on. If the Supreme Court repeals PASPA and your online/offshore book will not pay out your funds, I believe people will say "Ok, keep my money, enjoy" and just move on to the sports books at the casinos, and they will not bring in any more revenue. When sports betting opens up in the United States allowing for all states to allow and offer it, offshore books need to stay competitive and treat their customers the right way, not act like this.
