As I said on Sunday ... I could not figure that line at 5.5, given that the Eagles are better in the trenches.
And I love the point made that in all of the Belichick/Brady Super Bowl games ... the most they have been ahead at the end of regulation is 3 points, and of course they lost a few as well.
But I don't think Brady is too old and, with a healthy Gronk, he has too many weapons. But I think running their base offense, the Pats will be at a disadvantage as they were against the Falcons last year and the Jags last Sunday. But in a desperation two-minute offense ... nobody has stopped the Pats. But that always means a close game, where 5.5 points should be enough and ... sooner or later ... it's not going to work.
And what really got my attention is how the Eagles' coaching staff did not let up against the Vikes. If you don't let up against the Vikes ... you ain't going to let up against the Pats. I suppose Foles could have a terrible game, but ... I would not bet on it.
