Not too knowledgeable about the SB legal eagle stuff, but wondered why Tunica (gold strike, and other casino's with parent company in vegas) did not have a sportsbook. From recall, they told me it was a "special license" and they didn't or couldn't obtain. Not sure which.
I never thought they would legalize grass in my life time, but they did. However, the gub'mint is all up in their business and they have to take each plant (I believe with gps) and constant regs. pretty certain that Arkansas will never legalize grass in such manner (not that it is not grown here - Johnson co. is where willie gets his weed & Arkansas kine wins the Amsterdam grass gig yearly); but we just got rid of the blue laws a few years ago and still can't buy beer on sunday. Why do I mention? b/c it seems like the movement will come at the state level, not fed. Already should be no prob in Comstock Lode state and Prop. on ballot in others. Let the people decide - now that's an idea you don't see much anymore. It would be nice to bet stateside with some guarantee and known physical location for sure. Maybe "tony" could move back home.
I saw that fish, it is hugh-mong-us !! Reminds me of the guy who caught the state bass record a couple of years back (ark) and couldn't wait to tell the world. One problem though, he did not have a fishing license and was fined a few thou and no catch by game&fish. The world is not short on idiots, that's for sure.
