As a new guy, I feel the urge to respond, first it took me over 8 months to work up the nerve to start responding and posting, and then when I did, from jump I told people I was a newbie, not to bet my plays, and that I was here to learn. i have steered people towards this site, one of them is a youngster been handicapping since he was 17 and he has his own site, but I warned him against posting his site here, told him that would be a big no-no, and as he really likes this site and wants to stay and be a part of it, he heeded my warning. So I will be directing him towards this thread.
I really do like Pregame, and I have tried my hardest to be a "cool" poster, and stay within the expected norms. And yes, I am fishing a bit, but how do you guys think I have handled my business since I started posting about a month ago?
And the reason I ask is this; we all know I am never going to be a great capper, but I do have a skill I want to bring to the forum. On a recent First Preview podcast, RJ said, and I quote, "I will provide the platform, you (meaning us the forum members I imagine) provide the content." Well I want to do something that will make RJ proud. There really are some good cappers on this forum, DubV, KWC, and ScottyDog pop right into my head, and there has to be a way to separate the cream from the shit so to say, that we can get some good picks posted and we all make money. I so believe in this site, and all of you, okay enough of the fawning... good luck everyone!
