i am kind of new to betting so i dont know a lot about sizing bets. i always just bet the same amount on all games but most of the pros say thats wrong and i see all the pros here use different bet sizes. so ok then what is the difference between a regular 3* play and a 3* GOY? i mean i guess you have to bet more on the GOY but how much more do you bet? why not label it 4* or 5* then to show how much your supposed to bet?
i have also been reading todd fuhrman religiously, he is the fox sports gambling expert who used to be an oddsmaker at cesar's so he seems to be the sharpest oddsmaker out there other than maybe jay kornegay from the westgate. todd often talks about the kelly criterian and how all the pros use it to bet. so i found an online calculator for betting with the kelly criterian and it said on fezziks 3* plays you should be betting 30% of your bankroll on a play. is this right? i didnt think the pro suggested betting that big.
