I guess I do really draw the joker-faced card and clear out a room haha! Well shiiiiiit...ain't nothin' new.
So...(in movie theme) as Austin says...."allow myself to introduce...myself..."
I will consecutively comment and with herbs to the head I'll put words in the thread...
Keeping it in the comedic-writing motif...ANYTHING by Christopher Guest especially "Best In Show". Yes "Spinal Tap" is his crowned jewel and has many of my favourite lines and scenes (that I call "closer e-clips to the heart") but "A Mighty Wind" and "Best In Show" are the "funny-kid-in-the-corner" type movies on a level that slapstick-slouch comedies can never reach nor the average adult brain can unpack the bags of funny that exist within. I love me a good slap-stick, but this was just the next thought I had...wish I had more THOTS than THOUGHTS but such is life.
To go even dryer...anything by Wes Anderson. If you blink, you'll miss a joke, if you think, you'll stay woke. The subtle nuances in writing are incredibly hilarious and if you stop to think about a minute detail, you'll be thinking forever and send yourself down a rabbit hole of hilarity.
