Sorry Norm was just getting to your post...mine was in response to LR.
I’m terribly sorry to hear that about your friend. It’s always tough to lose somebody “too soon” no matter the circumstance. As sports bettors we can often be so involved in a single outcome of a game when really (personally) can forget what actually matters around us. That idiom can be applied to anything in life that can distract us from the beauty we don’t acknowledge when we can.
That’s a heartbreaking story and I wish you all the love in living for today. Tomorrow is truly not always there and that thought gets heavier every day I wake up...but I feel has allowed me to evolve what “living for today” has meant in my life. I struggle with heavy addiction issues and have been on the wrong side of the law since I was born...and it always makes me cry deeply inside when somebody that is a polar opposite of me succumbs to an early demise because I think “why not me?”...it’s always that question of why.
Rest In Paradise to your friend and my love to you and their family as well.
Did not mean to post directly after you I apologize from the bottom of my heart. I just type so slow. I’ll be out now you won’t have to worry about me accidentally disrespecting your friend again. All the forgiveness asked for from you and given to yours brother.
