CKPT, I'm pretty sure, has a brighter future. However, the fact they basically diluted their shares at $2.80 to another investor (in order to raise more $$) is criminal (but most likely it will just be treated as "business as usual"). As a result of this, the stock pretty much lost all of its gains earlier this week (which is about a 33% loss if you bought at the high). Unfortunately, this is par for the course.. companies that bleed cash always look to dilute when their stock price hits a certain point, only for the retail investor to get robbed after the fact.
That said, I'm waiting until this stock hits about $2.8x before I jump in. It started at $3 this week, and now trading pre-market at about 3.10.
