U.S. District Judge James Robart has ordered a halt to enforcement of Travel Ban.
What do we know about Judge Robart?
He was appointed by then-President G.W Bush to federal bench in 2004. He was first known with his openly support of Black Lives Matter. In one of his rulings “a statistic that showed, nationally, 41 percent of the shootings by police were of blacks, when they represented 20 percent of the population” he failed to mention the DOJ statistic "Despite making up just 13% of the population, blacks committed half of homicides in the United States for nearly 30 years. DOJ statistics show that between 1980 and 2008, black people committed 52% of homicides."
Anyone is surprised with his recent ruling against the Travel Ban?
