obviously this "incident" is now becoming The Story, which is a shame.... but people love drama and BS so it will get the clicks.
personally, if Clark is gonna do that kinda gesture, then yea when someone beats her they might throw it back at her. no problem with that. now, do i think it was cool or ok for Reese to do it... THAT much for so long, at the end of the game? like okay, point made, you dont have to follow her around for 10 seconds overdoing it in her face. BUT, again, Clark dishes it out so she should take it too.
i think where the "race" factor comes in is in some of the reactions. all these old white dudes going a little too overboard declaring Reese a classless idiot, etc.... combined with barely anyone mentioning having a problem with it when Clark had done it previously.
we see this often in sports. how we and/or the media react to actions of white or black players. when Tom Brady screams and throws a tantrum on the sideline he's "passionate winner." but oftentimes black athletes doing the same on the sideline are deemed as selfish or uncoachable or undermining the team, etc....
