One of the more interesting pairings on the card. Goff is a knockout specialist, whose ceiling may be limited, given his defensive holes. But it will typically be fun while it lasts. Waters is 8-1, losing on the Contender Series. He has massive size for 170, standing at 6’5”, but often that can make you very hittable. It seems like Goff is always taking off long stretches between fights, so it is hard to know how he is developing, but I am going to take him as the dog here against an opponent that I think has some limitations.
