Cleveland Browns +3.5 -115

The Browns are coming off a very strong defensive effort against the Ravens, holding them to 4.0 YPP and 4.9 YPA.  Now hosting another divisional opponent, I expect a similar performance on national TV.  The loss of Chase is huge for this offense and with potential rain in the forecast, I expect Cincy’s offensive execution to not be as prolific as we’ve seen lately.  Should be a close contest between two divisional opponents and I like the value we have on the home dog here.
