The Orange are having fun. Fresh off the last second win over Purdue, Cuse is looking to go 2-0 in ACC play for the first time since joining the conference in 2013. This is the conference opener for new Virginia head coach Tony Elliot. Syracuse has the ability to run all over UVA. Garrett Shrader is a duel threat QB and RB Sean Tucker has the ability to take over a game. Tucker was shut down against Purdue but rushed for over 100 yards in each of his first 2 games of the season prior to last week. The main thing here is the Syracuse offense is holding on to the football. They have yet to turn the football over. Meanwhile, Virginia is coughing up the ball too much. They are a -3 in turnover ratio having fumbled away the ball 5 times! Brennan Armstrong has thrown 3 INTs to just 2 TDs so far as well. I just dont see how Virginia, who struggled with Old Dominion and was ran out of Illinois, has the offense to keep up with Syracuse. Its a big number, but the Carrier Dome will be rocking tonight for Syracuse to have a national coming out party. Orange roll.
