The Cubs are not a good team, but right now they are better than the Marlins. They're without their best player, Jaz Chisolm, as well as Avisail Garcia and Jorge Soler. While I would grant you that the Cubs are not an offensive threat most nights, they're not giving up many runs lately and their bullpen has been excellent. How do you not take Stroman as an underdog when his season long road ERA is 1.84. That's insane. If you get him out of Wrigley his ERA is over four runs less. The Marlins pen has awful lately, and Luzardo is actually much worse at home for whatever reason with a WHIP of 1.41 and an ERA of 5.77.  I love the fact that he had perhaps his best game this season against the Cubs (on the road, of course) because I almost always look for adjustments and the opposite result in the next meeting. To be honest, if it were not the Cubs and a more predictable team, I'd have bet this even bigger.
