Thanks for at least giving me the opportunity to try to make a case for Austin Peay. But I can't really. The Governors have lost and failed to cover their last six games. This is the most points they are receiving this season, though. 

The crux of my handicap is a fade on Belmont, something I rarely care to do since I have great respect for the Bruins. They have dominated the Ohio Valley Conference since joining the league in 2013. The Bruins are 12-3 this season with a seven-game win streak. 

Belmont is extremely efficient offensively, but they are giving up 70 points a game. The Bruins also have a monster look-ahead game hosting Murray State on Saturday. Belmont and Murray State are two of three unbeaten teams in Ohio Valley Conference play. It's a big showdown matchup for the Bruins. 

So the backdoor should swing wide open for the Governors if the score does get out of hand.
