The Rams have lost 3 of their last 4 games and I think laying this big of a number is a lot to ask for a team struggling. As a home favorite the Rams are just 1-3 ATS compared to the Jaguars as road dogs are 2-1 ATS and as a road favorite getting 7-13.5 points the Jaguars are 2-0.
