It seems to me that everyone loves Alabama in this game. Saban getting pts in a championship game. Bama always beats Georgia. blah, blah, blah...I get it though, it's not a common thing that Alabama is getting pts, let alone 6.5..That tells me these teams are really not that close. Ya know what..I agree. These teams aren't that close. It's Georgia and nobody else. Bama isn't the #3 team in the nation for starters. They lost already this season and almost lost last week. Alabama still couldn't get through the taylor-made schedule. Beat Florida by 2... Beat Auburn by 2....Beat LSU by 6...Beat Arkansas by 7....Non conference schedule was New Mexico St, So. Miss, Mercer and Miami....Those are the 8 games we need to look at. What the hell is so impressive about that. Alabama usually beats all those teams by 30 or 40. Maybe not LSU, but still..Bama covers spreads and pounds you. This Alabama team isn't the same team as years past. They have a weaker rushing attack. A weaker O-Line and a weaker defense. That's what Alabama is always on top of the nation with. Guess what...That's exactly what Georgia has !!....The other 3 games Bama played this season....Oh, Alabama played 7 games at home and 4 road games. 1 neutral. The road games, won two by 2 pts, lost one by 3 and beat Miss St who stinks by a ton. Beat Ole Miss, by 21 and Tennessee by 28...Some nice wins, both at home...C'mon guys...Georgia has demolished teams this season. You can't score on that team. 8 of Georgia 12 games they allowed only 7pts or less...That's insane. They never even had a scare..not even a scare..The closest game they had all season long was against Kentucky in a tough spot and still won that game going way by 17..They were up 30-7 in the 4th qtr and Kentucky scored in garbage time. These teams aren't close...Georgia allows 6.9ppg...That's historic..You can't run, you can't pass, you can't do anything. Georgia will push the Tide around at the line of scrimmage. Georgia will win the field position battle all game long. Georgia will eventually wear down the Tide after the Tide just played their hearts out last week. I don't think this game is close. I think it turns ugly for Alabama. I don't care what the bettors and the sharps are saying. I want Georgia here..They roll and run all over Alabama. This game is going to be a dud...Georgia rolls 34-15 Final...Bama 3 FGs, 1 TD and a failed 2pt try..that's it, that's all they are getting.
