Analysis

The Raptors have struggled over the last 3 games going 1-2 without their starting small forward OG Anunoby but he’s expected to be back tonight after the Raptors had 2 days off. Even without Kyle Lowry the Raptors still have some important pieces from their championship team in VanVleet, Siakam and Anunoby and they surprisingly have the 8th best offensive rating and their rookie Scottie Barnes can do a little bit of everything averaging 14 PPG 8 RPG and 3 APG. The Grizzlies are coming off a big upset win beating the Jazz on the road as 10 point underdogs but that was a response to their last game against the T’wolves when they got blown out by 43 so I’m expecting a let down spot for the young Grizzlies. Both of these teams are very similar with offensive ratings ranked inside the top 10 and defensive ratings ranked in the bottom 10 and I think this line should be around a PK so there’s value in taking the points with Toronto. The Raptors have also had success in these recent matchups against the Grizzlies going 4-0 ATS in the last 4 meetings in Memphis and are 8-1 ATS in the last 9 meetings overall against the Grizzlies.
